3 Ways To Get Started

REHAB.

1. Initial Evaluation

We perform a one time only, 90 minute, full body evaluation to get a full picture of your physical blueprint. If you're having any pain or discomfort, this appointment is for you.

RETRAIN.

2. Injury Risk Reduction Screen

We perform a 45 minute, full body screen to determine your risk for injury. If you're about to make a change in your activity type or volume and/or want to reduce your risk for injury, this appointment is for you.

RECOVER.

3.Recovery Room

We will have a 30 minute conversation about your history and activity level in order to instruct you in how to best utilize the various tools in our recovery room. This appointment can be utilized as a starting point, ending point, or anywhere in between.
