Insurance Reimbursement

We accept only Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans. For HMO or BCBS Anthem, an authorization from your referring physician will be needed prior to therapy.  For all other insurers, we offer courtesy billing for out-of-network claims—or you can submit them yourself if you prefer.  Medicare/Medicade or any federally funded insurer is not eligible for courtesy billing.
