At this time we only accept Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO/PPO plans. We will provide courtesy billing of all out-of-network claims for you, as well as, send out bi-monthly e-mails so you know where you stand in your current plan and can plan accordingly. If you'd like to submit yourself, you can also do that. We've created the below reference sheet and video to help.
